Why is it that some companies feel it's ok to trick you by agreeing to Pay you salary and then turn around and pay you by the hour and no other days not even holidays. I was told salary first at the interview and with my recruiter and then they changed it to hourly. Now I'm fighting for hours cause I don't even do 40 hrs a week. Smh
