Can These 2 Tools Turn You Into a Rockstar Employee?
Companies are looking for new ways to empower their employees. Has your employer used any of these tools yet? https://hbr.org/2015/12/treat-employees-like-business-owners

This is an excellent article. More companies should adopt these ideas.

I believe both tools would make an better and make an employee be a more modavated and a asset instead of some jus coming to work to just punch in and out they would be more inclined to want to put more input to help the business grow they would feel like there striving for a goal not just a pay check I believe and employee would be feeling better if they would be involved if they felt there appins or thought were taking into concideration in the daily operation of the business they would feel more like a important part of it then a worker you would have more people staying at a company longer they would not feel like just an employee and they would make it a career not just a paycheck or a stopping ground for something better to come along it would be more long term not short term giving people more opportunities to advance and grow makes them want to work harder keeps them wanting more success and keeps them motated an employer who keeps an employee stagnated has an employee who really don't like there job looks for something better leaves a job feeling they have not accomplished a thing has employee turn over ratio far greater then an employers who rewards why when an employee feels they will be rewarded for there accomplishments there more productive and a employee who has nothing but there pay check to work for will be less productive and more likely to waist time at work not care how they do the job take more sick days you will have a turn over rate because they don't feel valued so the employee stays until something better comes along
I think the idea of owning a part of a business with the possibility of increasing your share as increases its profit it is motivating for any employee. The set of mind of ownership implies motivation and responsibility. You are not only an employee under someone but as well you are directly called to participate in the success and profitability of the company. This as well may require a change of direction in the governance of the company, where employees can have a voice to challenge, discuss and find new ways of progress and improvement through new avenues of communication and implementation. Knowing that individual work is directly proportional to the increasing success of a company will redouble the efforts of those invested. I do not know of anyone who will refuse to have an opportunity of making a greater income and owning a share the company they work for.
