These assment questions
When filling out a application and the behavioral question asks i obey the law more often if there is a chance that i might get caught. From not at all true to very true. Isn't this a double edged question? How do i answer that if i say no then I'm a crook if i say yes I'm just willing to behave because i might get caught. What do you guys think?

I'm in the situation because I obey the law at all times

You answer with what your gut tells you. There is no correct answer per se. Using THAT question in particular, if you answer "not at all true" you are not admitting to being a crook, it simply means you don't find the statement to be true.
Personally, I see it as not at all true because I don't agree that the only reason I behave is because I am afraid to get caught. I behave because I have amoral compass and the fear of getting caught doesn't factor into a desire to steal, because I have no such desire.
Just think about what you are being asked and answer honestly.

I always fail those questions since I am introvert/extrovert. So folks with personality disorders would also be disqualified. I read these questionnaires are already been question in a court of law because it discriminates people. Good luck. I wish the old ways would come back where you filled an application in person and talk to a manager/supervisor on the spot or within days of applying those where the good old days.
