Changing Career Paths from Restaurant Kitchen Work to Something Ether "Office Related" or "Science Related"

I'll start off by saying that I am a 28 year old male with Diabetes, Neurofibromatosis, Fatty Liver Disease(due to diabetes, I don't drink) Depression, Anxiety, Dyscalculia, ADHD and Mild Aspergers. Yeah, I have a lot wrong with me. So I have come to the conclusion that I am not physically well enough to work in a kitchen any longer, I am unable to stand on my feet for 8 hrs a day and physically exert myself. Doing so makes me very ill and close to fainting. So I need to find a new career, I have always thought about working an office job, maybe a nice cubical or something.

Sorry to hear about your health issues Ryan but nice to hear that you are putting your health first and looking to change careers. One thing I know about kitchen workers is they have an great ability to work well under pressure. Have you looked into help desk supportive roles?
