Do a free consultation with a law firm. However, my personal opinion is the company can/will lose money training u cuz when u r off( due to birth) they will have to train someone else to do your job. Employers/employees/ must protect themselves! If u weren't hired , the employer might've been looking out for u and themselves! I don't think u should try to sue if that's where u r going with this post. The stress of the job could/ could've been too much for u and the baby.

Look under anything dealing with the EEOC they'll either have the answer or a proper reference to get the one you are searching for. I don't think you can be denied or laid off though. Most would think it has to deal with it being a "red tape" or insurance issue. It however is not. Most businesses love to cut corners because the good people that get screwed over only think about how long it would take to form a lawsuit in any event of wrong doing. Time isn't the issue if you have been wronged by any employer seek the proper guidance of a lawyer in that field, most offer "free consultation" under loopy pretenses just to see if your case is a winnable one. That's when they entice being retained so be careful if it ends up going that route. You must window shop seek the help of a professional and google as much as you can. Compare the similarities of each site and underline the facts. You must do the work to create legs to stand on. They'll try to defeat or intimidate those who lacked in time and experience to do their homework. Be careful it will work.
