I work hospitality over 15 years i apply Hilton's 4 tme each time i was turn down because i didn't have ged high school ed i don't understand don't experience count

Unfortunately in this day when there are hundreds of people applying for the same job, every little bit helps. Someone might have the same experience as you, but also a high school diploma. I would suggest working on getting your GED. It will probably help you a lot.
