@Ricky Phillips I’m not sure what it takes and it probably depends on the position, but if you land a job at Walmart they have a great tuition reimbursement program called “College2Career”. This program is geared towards employees moving up their organizational ladder and grooming them to take on leadership positions.

@Ricky Phillips Hello Ricky, that depends on which role you’re interested in. Typically you’ll need authorization to work in the country you’re applying for and a valid ID. Once you narrow down which role you’d like this will help you to determine which skills you need to do the job. Hope this helps and good luck 👍🏼

To increase your chances of getting hired at Walmart, make sure you meet the basic requirements, such as having a valid ID, being eligible to work in the US, and being able to pass a background check. Additionally, emphasize your customer service skills, reliability, and willingness to work a flexible schedule. It's also helpful to research the specific position you're interested in and tailor your resume and interview responses accordingly. Make use of job search providers like Jobcase to explore other job opportunities as well. Good luck! #JobcaseCanBeYourGuide
