Comfront him while secretly recording the conversation. He can not leagly fire you because you comforted him about it. The recording will not hold up in court unless he has first hand knowledge of you recording but it will sure make him think about what a jerk he's been. If his boss don't handle the situation the. I would take it to court. It's obvious your not dumb and can handle your job or you would have never been hired. Comfront your bully. Don't be a bully but don't stand there quietly and be bullied. I suffered under a bully with high credentials for a decade and it made my life miserable. I was fired from my own company and after 3 years the company went out of business because they didn't follow my ideas and directions. $16 million lost by investors, my life work permanently belongs to others until the patents expire. In retrospect, I should have stopped it at the start. Don't put up with being bullied from anyone. In Orlando there is a personal injury attorney that is asking for cases like ours. I wish I would have pursued that.
