Eye Contact (not Hypnotizing) just a quick connect to show your Sincere About the position try to get a quick feel of the person you're talking to and meet there response also be prepared have your resume ready with any current license you need talk like your old friends that lost contact for awhile over some stuff but you want to smooth it over Tread lightly And still be professional Good luck

Hi Robert - happy to help! The best way to build interview skills is to practice. Just like any skill, it might take a few tries before it starts to come easily, so I've found it helpful to plan out what you want to say & say it out loud. (Feels silly at first, but at least you get some of the nerves out of the way.)

It's also super-helpful to get a friend's help. You can tell them what you want them to ask & then you practice answering. No matter how awkward you feel or what questions & answers you practice, it's worth your time... you'll get more comfortable and perform better in the actual interview.

Hope this helps! And good luck!
