Trainer /Job Development Coordinator

Employers, There is no need to patronize our seniors. So often my participants are strung long by employers believing they are going to be hired; only to disappointed later. You are not going to find a more ethical group of individuals. They are the people you need to be courting. The current employment situations with companies unable to fill legitimate openings within their organizations, taking literally months to fill is due to their desires to fill those positions with the young people who are just not interested or they have created a revolving door causing continuous openings for the same position, because they have no loyalty. The cost is astronomical. I have many qualified seniors seeking a fair shake in the job-hunting process. They do not appreciate being played with. The reasons that they are seeking employment at this stage of their lives should be the reason they the best choice for any openings you have. Their very survival depends on it.
