Hired on the spot but..
So I had an interview Thursday morning and I was hired on the spot and all they had left to do is the background check, but it was taking forever so the manager told me she would call me today, I was supposed to start the training today at 8 am but she still hasn't called so should I call her or just wait.
A year later I'm still waiting
You should DEFINITELY call her!
Just wait for a few days then you call her

hopefully you didn't pay any kind of money for classes or training, like i did only to be ripped off in some kind of scam along with like 20 or 30 other people....
NEVER take it upon yourself to go into a business to approach anyone about a job if you are waiting on someone to call you back just pray and believe it will happen even if that time frame has came and gone. You should call or email to see if you get a response but never show up at the place of business. I remember my last job hire me on the sport but I didn't start until a month later because of my background check didn't come in on time for me to start on the date I was giving and I had to call and email HR to see what was going on. What God has for you is for you believe that.
