Fraud in our neighborhood!!!
If anyone has recentlt recieved a care giver request from a Cynthia Milner please disregaurd it. It is a scam in which they send you a check and have you "help them pay their bills" before moving to town and then it puts you in debt. Please take caution to this so that you are not a victim. Best reguards.
