I was called by a company and went through the interview and even though I mentioned my age ( I know bad mistake) I was passed to the next phase that was the drug test. I did the drug test and was expecting to be called for work but instead got the blue screen of defeat. I know my urine was clean and really wanted to know the reason why I did not get the job. Can I request a formal explanation from the " big company" and also can I file a discriminatory complaint if I feel that the reason was not suited ie age etc. I might also add that when I went to the interview no one seemed to be dressed for the "formal attire interview, and some even came with no pens this was a grounds keeper position
