If you think you "only" have a college degree, (and your resume lists nothing else), you're probably selling yourself short. Over your time at school, were there any projects, volunteer groups, or other opportunities you took part in? If you worked during school, was there anything even tangentially related to your field that you can list? (IE, if you were a server at a restaurant but you also helped them with their website). Think back hard over the past 4 years, most likely you accomplished more than just getting a degree.
My advice to people still in college - you don't need an official internship to have experience. Get involved, and help people out with the skills you are learning. Find the people in your class who are truly passionate about that field and see what they get involved with.
Hey Will -
Stumbled across this post while I was searching stuff on Jobcase.
I totally agree with Gabe. Someone who has a college degree probably has loads of other experiences from classes, clubs, high school and more! Working in teams is universal and should be focused on!
