Do hiring managers at Walmart really look at my online activity during their background check investigation?
They dont do that anymore
Don't work there, they are terrible you are just a slave and they treat you like crap and you will make NO MONEY
Every company do a background check .. Its for safety and eligibility purposes for the most part. Working at walmart is nice because of the benefits and opportunity to excel , the only downfall is that not all managers are nice. I guess thats everywhere anyways. Other than that , Walmart is a good company to work for .
No a background check is only about where you loved, criminal history and job history. For the longest, I feel old saying this but when social media was starting they were saying "employers will see you" I mean yeah but only if you add them on social media. Just when and if you start working there, don't talk bad about the company or about trade secrets pretty much.
