Fairport, I'm in Canandaigua. Pace. Tell yourself to 'slow down' often, with nerves come speed, with speed comes choppy cadence, with choppy cadence comes errors, with errors comes nerves... Remember to breathe when you can. Best of luck.

I too get freaked out at interviews. I found for me, is to take deep breaths before and just imagine you are talking to one of your friends. Just let the words flow in their own. Don't try to impress with big words or something you're not comfortable with. Just be you! They already know you're nervous so.just sit back, relax and nail it!! Oooh, almost forgot...wear clothes that YOU are comfortable in! May not seem a big deal but trust me on this!! Lol

Motivated and Committed To Work Hard!

I find visualization works. Get to the interview early enough so you can sit in your care for 10-15 minutes close your eyes and imagine yourself in the interview. Picture yourself making a fantastic impression articulating your responses with confidence.
