It’s a great first time job. I do not suggest moving past a shift leader position. Even the shift leader position is iffy. They do provide benefits but ONLY if you maintain an average minimum of 35 hours per week per three month quarter for a while year. If you slide just below it, they will take away any vacation pay accrued without warning.
