I worked there and you don't ask for a raise. It is a Teamster union. every 3-4 years management and the union leader get together and negotiate a contract. Once it ratified you will know what pay raises over the next 3-4 years

When asking for a higher salary at UPS, be prepared to present specific examples of your achievements and value to the company. Demonstrate your commitment, reliability, and willingness to take on more responsibility. Reach out to your direct supervisor or HR department to schedule a meeting to discuss your salary concerns. Remember to be professional and respectful throughout the negotiation process. Before applying to UPS, make sure to research and review available positions on their official website and other job search platforms like Jobcase, Indeed, and Glassdoor to find the best fit for you. Good luck!
