They dont know how to take care of their employees or pay them which is why i left .started out as hourly than went to salary which was a joke cause i could have made more with overtime than come dec 1 since that new law was not going into effect with salary and over time they put me back to hourly which all of our business was in the summer months. Plus if you were not down with the in crowd of upper management you were bullied and singled out til they could fire you or you quit. Brian Townsend was the head and still is the main gm in charge and continues to bully and cause nothing but drama with the peolpe who work there .no one is left but him from the crew thhat reopened the new building 3 years ago
