MBTA/Parking?
When looking for a new job, how important are transportation benefits/accessibility to you? Many companies may offer coverage of an MBTA pass or parking but others do not. With the MBTA system being a bit "tricky" at times is transportation accessibility a deal maker/breaker for you?

An MBTA pass is definitely a benefit that I wouldn't have thought to ask for, but now that I have it, I can't live without it!!

Finding jobs located within the public transportation footprint is a HUGE benefit and any company sponsored incentive or discounts to cover the cost is icing on the cake!! Finding parking within the greater Boston area is a daily expensive challenge. I would also prefer managing the metro delays over driving during the snow season.
