New unloading job and I'm already outworking the rest of the workers on the dock. Manager has us working in teams of 2 per truck but no one they teamed me up with can keep up. The managers want everyone to improve before the holiday season officially begins next month. I'm already doing my part but I'm not sure if the managers can see my performance. My goal is to turn this into a permanent position. This is a good company where I can change my life if I can get hired. How can I make then aware?
