For an entry level position, any tips to really blow the employer away in an interview?

I graduated in June and I have been struggling to find a job. I have been going on interviews and I know that I interview well (conducted mock interviews and practiced), but I just can't seem to get that final offer. I can answer the questions and perform well, but it seems that I'm struggling to really stand out from everyone else. I was just interested in any tips or advice that can make an employer say, "Wow! I need to hire this person!" in an interview.

Yes maybe i can help..you would need to call and speak to me so we have the free space and time to resolve your issue...i would need to listen to your experiences then give you a method that works for you yielding good results....

I agree with Jess. You want to be yourself, because hiring managers can tell when you're being over-the-top or inauthentic. Your best bet is to talk about how passionate you are about the company's mission. If you can, tell a story about how the company made a difference in your life, or in the life of someone you know.

Stick to the basics and be yourself. Make sure you do some research on the company because although it’s an entry level position you might be asked to explain or talk about the company. Dress up, be on time, and be confident. Hope you get the job James, good luck!
