He spilled it EVERYWHERE!

One of our shift managers is very strict but its good because he makes the people who slack actually work and we end up not having to do their work for them. Towards the end of the shift one of the guys was emptying the grease trough bucket and tipped it ALL over the floor!! It was such a huge mess and he couldn’t help but just laugh about it and it put us all in a great mood for the rest of our shifts. Stuff like that makes working at McDonald’s worth it

It's good that he didn't flip out - after a hard shift everyone needs a good laugh to destress!!

Content Manager at Jobcase

Hi Marcus Webber Don't worry sometimes things go wrong at work, but it's wonderful that you were all able to come together and laugh it off. Otherwise, that coworker could have felt completely humiliated. It's always better to be kind and think of how someone else would feel rather than be cruel and selfish. I bet that was a HUGE pain to clean, however.

see that kind of manager people respect because even though he's hard on y'all he also knows when an honest mistake happens and doesn't blow up and ruin his reputation with y'all
