My supervisor when I was a case mananger got angry with me because I questioned her changing one of my notes on a client. I was trying to explain all the hard work and progress that my client and I have done. To do that I had to use therapeutic terminology and she did not like that. The disagreement went to her supervisor and she stood behind my supervisor.
