I guess it is a gift from heaven for those who don't want to put shoes on. or for the busied worker strapped for time while have a hankering for a challupa. From a business prospective, it could be a very bad move. It isn't exactly finer fare as an Applebees, or Outback Steakhouse offers. Therefore, the quality of food both in house, drive-thu, and delivery could suffer, not to mention the service at the location. How many times have we all gone to a drive-thru to save time.., have to wait, then receive something that looks like it was dropped from a plane, or was just incorrect all the way around. I'll give any eatery the benefit of the doubt the first few times.......... the fourth time is my absolute limit to never return. The delivery service offerings could drive the cost up decreasing customer satisfaction while losing overall revenue. Taco Bell may have to go back to the drawing board to regain lost customers on this pending venture.
