I am a Professional Rangeland Ecologist, academically trained with a BS Degree from Colorado State University in Range Ecology, and more than 10 years of Natural Resource Management experience. And I am a veteran, with an Honorable Dishcharge.
I am looking for employment where I can utilize my expert Range Management skills, and professional training as a "Natural Resource Management" Specialist. But I am finding that maturity age, and my Hispanic heritage , to be a major factor in my consideration of jobs that I know that I am well qualified for, both academically, and with hands-on experience as a Natural Resource Specialist. But I cant even get an interview! Does anyone have any suggestions on how I might overcome the prejudices that I am experiencing? Please Advise!
I have a complete Resume available, and severable references from previous employers that I have worked for under special Grant Funding programs.
I am Desperate, and need help in Finding work were I can utilize my skills!!
