so once you have done the application you have to an assessment, this will come back in three areas green hire, yellow cution and, red no hire. now they must go through all of the green applicants first. And then they may go into the yellow. All applications must be done on line they will not accept a paper application at the store. If you lose the PIN for your on line you need to go to the HR. manager and they can pull it up. Calling the store is a good Idea, but when i worked there it was better to talk to an assistant manger they are the ones who will be hiring you in most stores.

Hi you need to score high I'm the customer service test after you finished the application. You need to do it online and then call personnel from the stores you chose to see if they receive your application. Follow up if you passed the test.

I have been told by other employees that you need to contact the store were you want to work and talk to the manager. Explain that you have applied several times and that you are interested in working at their location. Make sure you ask to talk to the manager that is responsible for hiring, not the store manager.
