Make sure you can handle high pressure, metric driven sales. All that counts is number of calls. Management is VERY controlling and hyper involved in day to day decisions while remaining off site. Lots of promises that fail to materialize. New commission structure makes it very hard to earn good money and mgmt removes accts when you reach a certain level of income despite telling reps that there is no income cap.
