WOW! Not in a good way.
I recently applied to management positions at two local Target Stores. I got interview invites from both stores, and I happily confirmed my invites. First the two stores got the interview times wrong(believe it), and the store manager was very unpleasant sending me down the road to the other target. I still was 5 minutes early for my interview. After about a half an hour, a lady in a faded tee-shirt (pretty certain not target authorized) shows up and invites me to the interview. I am sitting in front of my interviewer in a suit, and she has a faded tee-shirt. To add to my dismay the interview was constantly interrupted by the phone and walkie-talkie intrusions, and I will tell you that was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an interview. I have interviewed thousands of candidates and the interviewer broke all the rules. THIS COMING FROM TARGET! One day later I got a rejection letter and never got the second interview. Through-out this ordeal I was pleasant and professional at all times which is more than can be said about Target folks I dealt with.

Hi Andrew! I'm so sorry the interview was so unprofessional, that sounds awful :(
These companies expect interviewees to be professional, but they treat us rudely ...its aweful..u need a job, they hv a job they shldnt hv..
