Teen counselor jobs without a degree do exist, as stated on the other posts. In addition to community groups like the Boys and Girls club, consider also faith-based programs that cater to teens. Some require familiarity and adherence to their beliefs, some do not.
One question you might ask yourself is where you want to be in 5, 10, 20 years. If teen counseling is something you want to do as a career - not just a job and a paycheck - consider that it might be challenging to advance without educational training. If college is not an option, consider continuing education/seminar/conference training that are usually a week or less, and often include a certificate at the end.

Greetings Teresita. Yes, there is such a thing. I just left an agency that hired young adults as Counselors within their afterschool programs. It's an entry-level position that did not even require a high school diploma, but they did want the Counselors without a high school diploma to be in school.
