Would you consider business casual dress wear to be appropriate for a minimum wage interview?
Interview at a minimum wage position tomorrow, would like to know if I'm under dressed. Dress pants, nice black t-shirt under and a button up silver/grey long sleeve dress shirt. Black tennis shoes.

I would not wear tennis shoes! Dress for the position. You have to look the part in sales. No T-shirt. I would wear a shirt, blazer, pants and low heeled dress shoes you are interviewing.
