Write something...I have been searching for a job for about 2yrs and just last month I landed on a teaching job. I started the work last month but i feel like quitting. my boss always uses abusive words on us in the presence of the pupils and sometimes visitors . he has no respect for the teachers and so far 8 out of the 11 teachers recruited within this month have left the job. I want to quit because he kills my passion for the job every morning

OMG, no wonder so many skilled educators are leaving the teaching industry.
Only you know what your tolerance level is for how much you can cope within a negative ans volatile work environment before it begins to affect your personal life. I don’t recommend you let it get to that level however I feel compelled to remind you how bad it may have felt to be out of work for the last 2 (plus) years you spent unemployed. Being employed while looking for another job gives you more leverage over unemployed applicants so please make sure you consider all of your options before you walk away.
Reporting or filing a complaint against your boss's actions is probably not a good way to go. I’ve never seen a new employee or tenured one for that matter go against someone in leadership and win. Those decisions need to be inspired from higher levels of the organization's chain of command before they become a reality.
How are the other, more senior, teachers coping? Have you noticed anything they do differently that helps them maintain their peace of mind and employment? Are there any allies you can associate yourself with to help you maintain balance while at work?
