Corporate denial without reason
I though I did everything right. I applied, got accepted by a franchise store with Dominos Pizza because they would love to hire me for a rare position I was highly qualified for. Did the interview, assessments and and exams i had to take for safety and all online legal paperwork for background checks, was under corporate review for nearly two weeks just to get denied. I'm safety nut without any known criminal history. I was sure to get the job and the store itself was really wanting to hire me but I got no job offer without told a reason at all. What the heck i feel double crossed by the company, What the heck?

Oh wow, so sorry to hear you had to go through this experience ShadowPaw Eeveechu . Lengthy application and hiring processes have a way of pulling on your emotional intelligence.
Each step seems like we're getting closer and closer to a job offer so frustration and resentment are common feeling when the hiring decision doesn't go our way.
Rejection, although widely unpopular and unwarranted circumstance, still remains part of the job search process.
Chances are we're not going to be the right fit for all the jobs we pursue. Don't let this outcome be a set back. Look at it for what it's worth and evaluate the negative and positive learnings you can take along with you on the next opportunity.
You made it through some very difficult levels on this process so rest assured that other employers will see your potential and value. Stay encouraged and keep pursuing your career goals with more passion, vigor and determination. I believe you got this!
