Interview fashion help!
2 blazers or 1 suit? I got a $120 gift card for Christmas that I want to use to buy some interview cloths. Macy’s has a clearance sale where I can buy a nice suit or 2 blazers under $120 bucks. Unfortunately, that's all I have to spend on cloths right now until I find a job. I’m about to start interviewing next month and I need to decide which of these two choices is the best option.

If you have nice clothes to wear with the blazers, I would go with those because they're slightly more casual and you'll most likely get more use out of them.

Hi Elliot, You did not mention the kind of work you are interviewing for! It wound matter so you can choose the best clothing!

Well, the blazers will only be good if you have something else to wear with them. If you don't, go with the suit.
Hi Elliott, I'm so happy that you are wanting my opinion! I love fashion and some people say that I missed my calling:(... I have always been honest with anyone about this stuff ( even if they don't ask) but I'm still alive and kicking! I've been noticing the way companies are changing in many different areas and I think you should be comfortable with class!! I also love to visit the place where I am going to interview with a totally different look to kinda scope out the way my potential coworkers and my supervisor conduct the business and customer and their style skills!! I don't know what you think of this but I do hope you will think about it and let me know.! I'm a blazer kind of lady !! I like that you can wear them with almost anything! I don't want to interview someone that is overdoing anything about themselves!!! I don't know why but I'm not going to take a chance on a "suit " when I can have the full potential in a good blazer! I also like the polo shirt (!tucked in) with a great belt and a super cool pair of jeans! 86 the suit and get a few blazers and try on the polos before you buy . If you think you should add a tie, please don't get from the other stores!!! You can buy one for all interviews and then you can go from there! Trust me!! I'm married to a MAN who is a super freak of fashion and he doesn't give a _ _ I _ what people think! He takes longer than me to get ready for any occasion! He is a super duper freak and I love that about him! He is 6'2 and lifts but isn't HE-MAN and he is just a clean shaven and he always smells good and when he's not working he is looking great which makes you feel great as well! You can do it!! I hope you're not thinking that I'm a super weird person but I promise you that I know exactly what I'm talking about! Good luck with everything you do and let me know how it works!
