The best thing about working for Best Buy, is the employee discount compared to other retailers. It is second to none. It is far better to work in a Pac Best Buy Store, then the smaller generic stores, found in small communities. Management is either Outstanding and moral is high or vice versa. I was fortunate to start my career at Best Buy in a Pac Store and my experience was Outstanding. Then when I moved I ended up in a generic store and in the beginning it was an equally Great experience until they changed management and everything went south, so I moved on. If you are good with customers and sell a lot of product you will be well treated. If not you will Not be there very long.
