Stressed
I have lived in Washington for about 2yrs and where I'm working after the contract was up in December it seems like I cant get in the yard I was in when I know people with less experience that are already working at the yard that I'm talking about I need some advice

Christopher Griegel I say this with the utmost respect and I apologize for using you as my example;
- No punctuation → just a run on sentence.
- Misuse of the word →'like' → should be 'it seems as if I can't'.
- Misspelling of the word → 'cant' → should be spelled → 'can't'.
Grammar, Spelling, and Punctuation Correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling are key in written communications. The reader will form an opinion of you, the author, based on both the content and presentation, and errors are likely to lead them to form a negative impression.
What I'm expressing here is that your words have power, the power to persuade the reader; and as stated before "The reader will form an opinion of you, the author, based on content, presentation, and errors are likely to lead them to form a positive or negative impression of you the author."
I like to leave you all with this thought;
- "an 'educated' person is one who knows how to acquire everything he or she needs in the attainment of his or her main Purpose in life, without violating the rights of his fellow men.", and the person who can intelligently use the knowledge possessed by another is as much or more a person of education as the person who merely has the knowledge but does not know what to do with it."
Again, Mr. Griegel the utmost respect and I apologize for using you for this example.

I need a working visa which is H2B please help me i am a jamaican living in jamaica and i was burn in Haiti

Christopher Griegel - you should contact your old boss and figure out what's going on. It's possible it's just a big misunderstanding.
Try going into the yard from another door. Example, if you worked for a contractor, apply to the client. The selling point you know the system and no learning curve. Sometimes it's better to serve the boss than be the boss. If you know what I mean. A lot of times people are in the right place but the wrong side to be a perfect fit.
