I have been looking for a new job since October. It’s been really frustrating because no one is calling or sending anything back when I apply somewhere. So I call back to one place in the maintenance field and ask how the interview process was going. They replied back that I was not qualified for the entry level position they had. Now how can that be I have over 38 years experience in the maintenance field from technician to Assistant Director of Operations. I am just tired of applying and nothing comes of it. I am a very hard worker who can learn anything you put in front of me. I want to work very bad, I am not someone who will not give you 120% all the time. Can anyone out there give some help or advice.
