Interviewed for a company back in August at that time all went well even no job was offered. Company called back 2 months later and said interested said person hired was not a good fit. On second interview received offer, only issue is salary range is way below industry level. Informed them that salary range is for position, they offered position at salary below industry standard makes me think if other person was fit or just took job to work.
