Should I discuss accommodations for my disability during an interview or no?

I don't think you're obligated to discuss workplace accommodations during the interview according to the ADA. At least not during the initial stage of the hiring process but I'm sure the topic is going to come up before an offer is made. Employers are also not allowed to ask you about disabilities but I can see how you would be concerned if you have an obvious disability.

I think you should try to focus your conversation on all your abilities rather than what can be perceived by others as disabilities. Talk about what makes you the best candidate for the job.
