Temp Contract end
On august 8 i received a phone call from my agency telling me not to come today because the client (Medical devices company) ended my contract for performance problems and after i did my investigations or basically i call leaks from hr department that i was seen many times by my supervisor and other employees not doing anything during working hours and other times i was not showing up on CCTV cameras or hiding from cameras, i am not sure exactly, and other leak that i made a massive damage to products or production operations which did cost them thousands of dollars, and other leak that they gave me a warning earlier pointing out the mistakes or the damage that i made to production and the truth is that i didn't receive any kind of verbal warnings neither written ones, so i need really help and an advice on what to do against this miserable situation, i am in a horrible mindset that i started doubting myself as if i am crazy or i am the invisible, please help me.
You have two options here. You can pursue this further but will need a lawyer or just keep it moving to next job.
Do not doubt yourself if you did not do any of these things it will work itself all out. Go to the labor board and demand that the company show proof that your work performance they will make a court date for the both of you if they do not prove any of this it will not be aloud for them to let you go under such claims. I did it when the manager stolen money out of the deposit just to get me fired the company did not prove I did such a claim so I got my job back. The companies now days do not want to pay temp contracts so they will get you terminated. They will try to get away with anything if you don't speak out they will keep doing it. In my job i sometimes hear one worker complain about another. Problem is sometimes there are workers with the same first name. Make sure its not a case of mistaken identity.

Yes, temporary means they can end at any time for any reason. If you didn't do what they are saying, there could be many reasons why they are accusing you. Temp help is expensive. It varies by area but 10 years ago my hourly was $16 The company paid the temp agency $22. Maybe they blamed you in hopes of getting a discount or complete write off of their bill. Find someone who appreciates you for your skills.
