I use to work for Walmart in Rancho Cordova, Ca. And I got fired 24 hours before I got a better opportunity in another store. I truly believe that this was done to me leaving the store and he don't have to cover my position. Do you think that was right? Should I ask a Discrimination and Retaliation lawyer for this question?

Move on. Forget the past. You can't change it. If you already have another job, put forth all of your effort into that new job to be the best that you can be so you can move up that proverbial ladder with the new company. If you haven't started a new job yet, remaining bitter towards Walmart may hinder you in getting a new job or being a productive once you get hired. Its never good for us to hold on to negative feelings. Just remember the positive stuff that you learned from Walmart and use it to your advantage. Despite the fact that they fired you, they probably did give you some good training and experience in some area of the retail environment. Focus on that and move on. I usually forgive those who have done me wrong and get on with my life. Life is much happier that way.

That was messed up.

Something very similar happened to my Cousin who also worked for Wal-Mart in Westborough Mass. Seek legal advise I'd say.

Walmart is known for doing things just this side of legal very unethical but legal what's the reason for being fired

I believe you should immediately...

No need, go your way.
There is always a reason to fire someone, she said she told his boss in front of him she wanted his job and will get it..theres the reason right there, if she said that about him in fromt of his boss what would stop her from saying something just as stupid in front of the big boss and HIS bigger boss! But that doesnt make the firing right, it just makes the bosses smart for getting rid of her..I would have done the same thing to her, she's coming for me im gonna get her before she gets me...before you look for another job take a few classes tighten up that grammer. Im just saying
