One thing I recommend is to be sure you read the description of the job post take notes and speak to what they are looking for, use some of the key words they use in the job description- like professionalism or enthusiastic, or excellent customer service- also when doing your testing for jobs, make sure to think what is best for the company and customer not more the company or the customer but choose answers that balance between the two. I also recommend the STAR method of interviews - tons of YouTube videos on prepping for that :)

By expressing how much you enjoy giving the customer the service. How you value each and every one of your associates, and just how it makes your day each day, to come in to work.

I agree with the above. Always have an example to give on how you handled an issue or an angry customer. You want to show you can "handle" a tough situation prior to escalating it. When i did interviews I would always ask how the person would handle an angry caller. I wanted to see how far they would go to try and resolve it. For skills I would put exceptional communication skills, problem-solving, empathy, and any other skills that aim towards communication or customer service. LinkedIn has great courses to take on these exact questions. It's definitely worth the money while job hunting.

Create a resume that will show where you worked as customer service and the name of the company. Also write what type of customer service experience you have.
