I have been out of work, now, for over 2 years. There have been a few minor jobs here and there but nothing noteworthy. How do I know what previous managers are possibly saying about me as references? I never left a position on a bad note. No issues. But this is taking way too long. I have applied to hundreds of positions, at this point.
