Hi Folks - I hope someone in this great community with experience in HR (hopefully in banking) can answer this question. I was terminated from my job near the beginning of 2017. The cause was, partially, a mistake I made. On top of that I was given a final write up the previous year for another mistake not related to the reason I was terminated. After 6 months of job hunting I am tempted to apply for a position within in the bank I was terminated from. My question is now that I've been fired, will HR use the final write against me if I apply for a job within that bank?
