Getting around age
I've noticed companies get around age just by saying "we decided on another candidate who is better suited" and that could mean anything. At 65 someone else was better qualified at stocking dairy products. Which means to me younger. Just keep trying!

Love the attitude - "just keep trying" is great advice! Don't give up Leonard! Definite age-ism out there but theres lots of headwinds about other reasons to go around too. you already seem to know that persistence usually wins the day. Don't let 'em get you down! Have a great wknd and hope you get to that YES sooner rather than later as you work through the 'nos'...

After working 19yrs was let go.Try finding another job & get same response as you someone else is better suited. At another place I applied but didn't get hired but then a guy 20 yrs. younger applied for same job & was hired.
