I agree and the sad part of it is the higher ups don't know the truth. The same people in administrative positions like manager and assistant they stay in their positions year after year building up their 401k and pensions. I know because I saw my own son lose wt. Until he was pushed and pushed away. He worked unloading the truck. Often they would give him and his crew other jobs then come around and ask is the truck empty out ? Their priority was to unload the truck but they kept taking them away from it to do special tasks and that is not counting the frozen food truck delivery. My son is fairy young too! Another situation was He purchased a package of navh blue tee shirts because one of his employees, newly hired did not have money to buy a navy blue tee shirt. My son was told don't ever do that again ! My son was a supervisor and often on Fridays, He would treat his crew to pizza ! He was a good supervisor who worked along with his crew. He decided to leave for health reasons. It is sad that No one cares. I personally would not work there. However your 2.5 yrs. Is still experience that you worked in retail. Post it in your resume. Learn from your experiences. Nothing is lost ! You will find a job who appreciates you and your team
