Start the day off with the crew. We plan our day, drink coffee and joke around. Keep the work area safe, clean , and working. If you didnt know how it works youd better be able to think of a way to make it work. Heavy lifting is needed. Work in -40°f weather when needed. Better have the tools for the job no matter what kind of tool. Heat-blowers, tarps, and pipes to warmup the truck in the winter mornings. Id love to go back to work but blew my back out clearing out the yard for the grey building thats behind the break room. Since then Ive been out of work for 8 years.
