Now i been on three inteviews last year and this year i received two emails from jobs I apply for on Zip Recruiters. One ask me to download an app for hangout to do a video interview while the other one is telling me to look at two videos that they sent me then call the number. Now i already done heard the scams that Zip recruiters do have on their website and i'm the type of person where i would rather go in to an environment for the interview instead of doing it via video & call. Am I wrong? Are they legit, is it strange that i have to call them since in the last times i had an interview the person always call me & we setup a interview?
