Finding A Job In Florida

I'm 25 yrs. Old. Didn't start workin until I turn 20.I have worked at one job for 3yrs. I love to work to be a helping hand. However, when I fill out a job application I don't have enough experience . So how can I get a job where I can retire from when they won't even look at my resume?

Good afternoon Marissa! I would highly recommend using a temp/staffing agency. If anything, you will be able to work some temp positions, which will help you build up some experience. You might also find a contract that is temp but then they hire you on full time. This is a really wonderful to find yourself in a good company. You can work there as a temp and if it does become a permanent position, but you aren't a fan of the job or company, you can pass on it and continue looking for something else with the experience you gained. I hope that helps you!
