Hey Josette Curry , I am so sorry to hear you are dealing with that type of behavior in your workplace. Harassment of any kind (offensive jokes, slurs, name-calling, physical assaults or threats, intimidation, ridicule, insults, and offensive pictures) is serious business.

Have you reported it to management or human resources yet? Take detailed notes of instances and keep a log notebook you can refer to later if you decide to pursue a legal option.

You can also file a claim with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) but before you do take time to familiarize yourself with the process so you'll understand what you need and what to expect.
